Orcan PNEUMATIC machine VICE OPERATION for CNC machine . The clamping force is shown using loadcell. the vise operates from compressed air @ 7.5Bar of dry air. the vise can be operated on the vmc ,cnc machine ,it can be operated via the push button, footswitch or through the M-code of CNC machine program. This can become truely automatic operating machine vise for the production shop floor adding efficiency and productivity to the shopfloor performance and leading to more effective and fatigue free operator. It’s being demonstrated being used on the VMC, with just 5mm clamping, the full piece machining with high stock removal. the highlight is the workpiece is clamped and unclamped without even touching the vice.
