Manufacturing Facility
We are dedicated to continuously enhancing our manufacturing capabilities and team expertise. Our well-equipped engineering workshop features three VMCs, one CNC turning machine, seven milling machines, a PLC-controlled surface grinder, three lathe machines, and two drilling machines, enabling us to deliver precision and quality in every product.
Design Capabilities
We have upskilled ourselves in CAD & CAM .from 2018 onwards we have been using advanced ISV certified workstations to run the industries leading CAD and CAM software for doing 3D modeling & toolpath generations for VMC
Manufacturing & Assembly Inspection
Quality is at the core of our manufacturing process. From rigorous raw material inspections to meticulous checks at every stage of production, we ensure excellence throughout. Even with these stringent measures, our assembly stage inspection is conducted with utmost care and responsibility using of mitutoyo, guaranteeing that the final product delivered to our clients meets the highest engineering and aesthetic standards.

Orcan being founded by a German trained engineer and under his guidance the company started manufacturing a specialized, one of its kind product, the Orcan Rear Jaw Sliding Bench Vice. Keeping the core focus within this Vice, Orcan was able to produce a Durable & easy to use Rear jaw slding bench vise with innovations at many points which seems not so obvious.
Since year 1978 orcan is involved in manufacturing innovative work holding products for manual operation ,bench vices and machine vices for metal removal on conventional milling machines,drill machine ,grinding machine and vertical machining centers
